What Voice AI does

Voice AI connects to the same data layer as your dashboard. It reads your real-time menu (including 86'd items), knows your operating hours, and uses the same order creation flow as your storefront. Orders placed by Voice AI appear on your KDS and in the dashboard just like any other order.

Getting started
Voice AI is powered by our partner integration and connects directly to your OpenPOS store data. To enable it:
- Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard.
- Enable Voice AI and follow the setup steps to provision a phone number.
- The AI agent syncs your live menu, hours, and availability automatically.
- Share your AI phone number alongside your regular number — or forward calls to it during peak hours.
Orders placed through Voice AI appear on your KDS and in the dashboard just like any other order — no separate system to manage.
